Justin Bieber is back on tour! He snagged up Hot Chelle Rae, Mike Posner, Cody Simpson, and Ariana Grande as his opening acts! Hot Chelle Rae and Mike Posner will open for Justin from June 22 through July 20.  Then, Mike leaves, Hot Chelle Rae stays and Cody Simpson comes on board starting July 23 and going through August 5.  Beginning August 7, Hot Chelle Rae will depart the tour, as Ariana joins Cody for the remaining dates.
